peek-a-boo

 

the timid sun,

now curious,

 

now so not,

 

edged quite from

behind a cloud

 

a little, then a lot ...

 

to get a better

look at smiling me,

 

so evidently.

i

envy your serenity, i must say. the sun edging from behind the clouds, and you don't wonder about this or that worldly event, you just appreciate it! i can count on two fingers those are able to have that simplistic, unquestioning, poetic appreciation: no one, and no one. very calming, nice poem.

if your an advocate and founder shouldn't u b an example u have never met me, im a human being, and excuse me if my mind and beauty offend u but i think its rude 2 tell people to be careful to talk 2 me i thought ur supposed to encourage individuality and obviously u haven't looked at my profile i live in OREGON and if ur supposed to be one of the leaders maybe you should act like 1. mark we r here to critique poetry not people get it straight buddy!!! ***Lovely am I*** Valene

Of course is your opinion darling, and well yes if we were friends i would've laughed but we rn't so i thought it 2 be a touch inappropriate. U will never know people truly unless u open your mind. I've always given some1 a chance to show or tell me who they r and 'judging at first sight' is, in my opinion, something we would do in high school.LOL! ***Lovely am I*** Valene
