It’s over there

 I skip joyfully

  Not here

No it’s over there

 Cool guy walking

  Not here

No, no over there

 Walking purposefully

  Not here

I meant over there

 Running at panic speed

  Not here

Just kidding, it’s over there

 Losing footing; clawing on all fours

  Not here

Where is there?

 There is here!!!
