Through life with no haste
Manatee you are patient
what could you teach us?

This sounds very good to me

This sounds very good to me except for one thing. Would it make more sense to use the word patient in the second line instead of patience?

I love it

when I have one of those moments of "poetic introspection" like you had with the manatee. I remember one while on a stormy morning at the end of Navy Pier in Chicago, looking out over giant Lake Michigan. I wrote about 15 poems. (maybe an exageration, was nearly a decade ago)IRONICALLY enough, I believe there was a manatee statue on that pier. No kidding! Mark W.
