All at Once Agog

The dawn’s green glistening grass

Alying under pressing morning’s fog

At edge of rancid woodland’s bog

That quite reflects like sultry looking glass

So makes the longtime dormant shrooms—

And their attendant biomass—

To lie hopeful, eager, happy …

And then at once to bloom agog.

continually humble me with your works, Chuck. I am agape, not agog! Mark W.
