My Guns
I pity the first liberal
That tries to take away my guns.
I guarantee they’ll die trying
Victims of a gun.
The Constitution guarantees
The right to bear arms.
Only criminals should be afraid
To them I’d gladly do harm.
Whenever there’s a shooting
The Chorus begins anew.
Ban all guns across the board
Their reality is askew.
Equating Guns to violence
Is like equating forks to obesity.
Neither makes any sense
Wake up and smell the coffee.
Society is to blame
Not the gun itself.
Unless you break into my house
Mine stays on the shelf.
Every city, county and state
Has gun laws galore.
A new law wont stop violence
Anymore than the laws before.
Guns don’t kill people, people do
The only way you will get my guns.
Is to pry them from my fingers
You know, the cold dead ones.
