Inmate 14086
My first night in this hell
I’m innocent, I say.
From nobody I get any sympathy
That’s what they all say.
The steel doors slammed shut
The echo nearly deafening.
I’m fresh meat in this nightmare
Don’t know if I’ll survive this thing.
The never-ending din
Permeates your brain.
It’s a human torture chamber
It’s pointless to complain.
My first night of fitful sleep
Was interrupted by rape.
Engorged manhood forced inside me
Across my mouth, duct tape.
I’m inmate 14086
My name no longer matters.
I’m now a commodity of the state
My life is now in tatters.
It was just a little meth
Packaged for sale, they said.
Living in this hellhole.
I fear I’d be better off dead.
