Thermosed Coffee

Boredom, like a tilted thermos

Jug of hot black coffee,

Flooded o’er to fill my day

And left no room for anything

Else.

damn

right. last sunday i lived this poem. didn't have the courage to admit it, though: when we're in these states not many of us are authentic enough to admit it to others. we have to pretend as though we're brimming with activity somehow. and is "boredom" the right term? "boredom" always seems to me another word for "active monotony". are minds are swelling with things but the outside world simply doesn't correspond. great job, very true to life.
