lonely
If today could speak,
if yesterday weren’t a dream,
if the future weren’t a vission,
i would have poured out my pains.
if my eyes could understand
that distance and time makes the stand
which only the rythym of life stands;
i would have gone to meet my destiny.
If only my pains knew my grieves,
if only today weren’t brief;
if only the bridges to my dream could be reached
i would have been a king with that living kiss
