America

God bless America,
Home of the brave and free …

And of a governmental
Bureaucracy

That does not give a damn
About dear you or me,

And that casts quite far and wide
Environmentally

The pronounced effects of
Toxic nuclear debris.

Indeed

You have a quiet fury here. One wouldn't expect it to fit in with your particularly restrained, formal style of writing, but it actually works quite a bit more effectively. God Bless a country where even veterans of WWII and Vietnam are getting docked on their benefits and more young men come home poor and injured for a senseless war. Well done.

Perfect Wording

You got it all right with just those few words. This poem is short to the point, and the words read loud. I love it!
