暴露〔天啓〕

I love it when you tell your lies
Because you know I can see right through your eyes
You say you like the wine, but I know your taste
You pretend to smell the flowers, only to hide your face

But I know you, and I don’t want you back
I still feel you; your hearts weight breaks my neck
You were more than alive-
Just realize it this time…

I love it how you play every hand
To bluff, you just don’t understand
That when your love is on the line
There’s no net to catch your fall this time

But I still love you, but I don’t need you now
You break my heart, and always let me down
You were more than just a dream-
It just took me time…

I love it how you play with fire, but I don’t feel your heat
I still hear your voice, but I don’t listen to its beat
I don’t need the rings of gold you wear
Or the secrets you threaten to share-

But I still dream of you, but I don’t want to see you now
You bring tears to my eyes, and I still let you tease me some how
You were more than everything-
You were mine….

But I don’t need you now
