Off the Deep End

I don't have to defend who I am and what I do with my life every day and how I write poetry. And publicly sharing a comment (or some strange form of it) sent in a private message is a violation of trust. Disappointed, Joe. There are computers all over the world. I'm not leashed to just one. Could be at the library, a hotel, a friend's or relative's house, a neighbor's house. Get a grip. Sometimes I have hours of access at the library and sometimes I have five minutes somewhere else in the evening or somewhere else in the morning---like now. Maybe even in the middle of the night. All of that could change at any time. And what does it have to do with diabetes, anyway? I'll be at the library later this morning. See you guys again then. The Real Chuck

to newbies who might read this page

We all lose it now and then. I expect Joe back, full of chutzpa! If not, sad, he is an intelligent, insightful man and a very good poet. This site is not about drama, it is about us trying our best to express ourselves honestly, clearly, beautifully or ugly, and helping each other to do so. sincere respect to all who join in this, Jess
