S.O.F.P.O.W. (Souldier of Faith, Prisoner of the World)
Battle scars shown, for my steps are ordered to dwell in the world
All ills surround me ….temptation is my drug.
Only escape 16 step like program including joining, confessing and baptism,
Refraining, sustaining, not cursing, not hurting, fasting, lasting, praying, staying, this only to name a few.
No more WWJD its all what would this souldier will do?
I am a “souldier” of faith…yet prisoner of the world
Trapped yet still holding on. I walked thru the valley of the shadow of death
No lights so the shadow is dark
I see the lamb in the field.. The Shepard too…
So I know the light is coming, yet already here I just have to find it.
In a dogfight so as I crawl, HIM I call… It’s hard to scream and talk over the sinful voices shooting off like bombs.
Recourse…bomb shelter? C-h-u-r-c-h!!!!!!!!
Fight? Battlefield? The world?
There are casualties everyday, nothing casual though about sinning
Losing… and flesh battles the spirit daily …world war self???!!!!
Struggles to win, strained to step… all out battle like battle of Revelations.
Only thing being casted down are the blessings we robbed ourselves of …..
I am a “S.ouldier” o.f F.aith yet a P.risoner o.f the W.orld
Only God and Christ can save me!!!!!!!
