The man bearing a broken hand

The deaf
and muted man
bounded to a
broken hand .
Is drawn into
this world
that can
never fully
understand.
Leaving him as
the single strand
of sand .
Lying along the
blackbird beach
of belittlement .

DISABILITY!

Having to adapt for a person's disability or them having to adapt and use coping mechanisms does not stop it being a relatively normal life.

We all have issues that we need to work around to live as comfortably as we can. It's what is inside us that makes us. Our mind & soul drives us, we just sometimes get stuck inside a vessel that needs extra attention.

I'm at work & can't access the links you've provided so my comment is based solely on the written piece so I could be off with my response.

"Lying along the
blackbird beach
of belittlement"

I believe this represents all of us, it's just how we deal with it that makes us who we are.

Nice job.
