The Power of Meditation
Medatation I truly believe is essential for a healthy life. You can get physical exercise in so many ways. Walking, playing sports, and going to the gym for example. There are many aspects to being healthy. Spiritually and mentally, how would you rate your health? I have been suffering from PTSD since September of 2024, and mediatation is helping to nurse me back to health. It takes a lot of self discipline to keep a routine when it comes to mediatation. To be honest, sometimes i am slack with meditating, and i can feel the effects of that. Poor, poor sleep, headaches, and confusion. I learn about mediatation from taking a wellness class. You can find info and instructions by looking it up. I am not a professional, (yet), so i wont start teaching you in a blog. With mediatation you are more focused, more relaxed, more motivated and you feel amazing. You can let go of bad emotions, feelings of anxities, bad energy and bad karma. You invite love, healing, kindness, success, ect into your life. Once you start mediatating and feeling better, then you can advance and dive deeper into it.
