I wonder where I belong most days, curious about the varied forms and functions of being and becoming.
I was born on the island of Montreal Quebec, spent childhood and adolescence on the South Shore outside of Montreal in that province, and moved back to Montreal when I found my first true employment. I have studied Visual Art, gaining an Associate of The Ontario College of Art and Design in 1993, and then a BFA in Visual Art 1994, at NSCAD University and a Masters in Studio Art, 1999, at the same institution. I have been teaching as a Part-Time Faculty member since 1995, in Printmaking, and Drawing.
I have lived in Nova Scotia, since 1993.
I have joined NEOPOET to gain insight, guidance and reaction from a global community of poets, to learn and add breadth and growth for my work. I have not, until this time, really published anything and have been writing with intent and purpose since 1997-98.
This is an opportunity to participate and I am especially keen to learn and reflect with everyone here.....
