A new chapter
Paul and I are excited to share our most significant improvement yet.
Premium is now open for signups for the first time in a year, with a new integration with PayPal.
The site has a major visual refresh (while keeping the same navigation system), along with a number of accessibility and usability improvements.
The /poets page is no longer a placeholder. It's now a place to discover new poets and recognize top contributors. The home dashboard pulls in highlights from it, and on future visits, you'll see a new section telling you what's happened since you were last here.
The poem page is calmer, making it easier to get lost in reading. Poem submission is streamlined.
For the premium members whose support keeps Neopoet free for everyone, we have a treat: a redesigned profile page with three layouts to choose from — anthology, timeline, or studio, and the ability to pick curated profile colors.
We also did some technically complex backend work to enable the next update. This will restore thousands of poems from 2007–2010 that were previously lost. If you've been around since then, I hope you enjoy reading your old work, and seeing voices that in some cases are no longer with us.

It is...
is with a deep appreciation, that I have been here through these newest innovations that have been initiated by you both. I wish that some of those voices were still here to witness what has become of Neo. I think that they would very proud. I know that I am. If I have been even one small part of the things that made Neo. what it is today, I will be satisfied. Thank you both, for being Neo. ~ Geezer.

old work
thank you for figuring out how to bring back the old work. I was heartbroken when it was first lost. I cried tonight reading the words I thought were lost forever, reading comments from people no longer with us! Thank you isn't enough. but thank you!!!
