Antonio de Melita

I started writing poetry in February 2021 and I love writing sonnets. I have written two children's short stories and have started a third. I also, by accident, fell into writing lyrics and I have a composer friend who writes the music. My favourite poets are Elizabeth Barrett Browning, Shakespeare and Rabbie Burns in that order. Other poets inspire me and I usually get one word or a line to start a poet off. I write a mixture of Christian poems, love poems and poems about mermaids.
