Omissions...
Omissions….
Emissions are low,
but still the city dies,
politicians know
they hide behind a
compromise.
Students become hookers
to pay for education,
all the good lookers
are supping medication.
We the silent few,
aghast at what we see,
rarely state our view,
is it next for you or me.
Where does our cowardice
begin, could it stem from
feelings of little worth.
Or does it grow within,
a father's sperm, a mother's
womb before our birth.
