Let Love Rule

bridges to be burned another page is now turned
form each circle cast your bread upon the water it should come back to you
treasure, in deep energy eating Swiss cheese;
A pony..little horse & beauty
love reaching laughter to pay homage here after
bottom of the cake frosting building bridges torn to realize
sneak up on me...,

charge the orphan up a yonder
another page that is turned
Cottage Cheese & aroma
Chinese wig to have someone squeeze
sit by the jeep from head down to my feet

Starry Night

Starry night
many bright stars twinkling
shooting by in a glance

a black moon night
and all is well in my universe
celestial beings shining bright

August

There are places on the faces of the Earth
so parched
the ground cracks apart
There are faces in places on Earth
so parched
Cells crack apart
weathering us
deepening lines
wilting trees
aging us
and the painters and photographers never
get commissioned to capture a portrait
in August

We each can be a poet. Furthermore we have the spirit in all of us... True aura to self discovery

We each search for what allows from within,
Base our existence from a door bell ring...
Changes, we make through the ancient birth core of relief
We all go through changes;
Some of us Vape to get through its pain ?
Lightning & thunder
another door bell rang.,
Some have cement shoes another chance to sing the blues
Carry on with a song to walk that extra mile
It goes to show having been written in the stars
We can always change to fit in the theatre of its insane moments to go
Love has to sift one through a straw

As Red Draws The Eye (You Have Drawn My Heart)

Like a cardinal in a snowy world of white
Like a red triangle
In a Kandinsky painting
You draw my eye’s total attention
A single rose
In a white vase
So that the whole room disappears
The color of desire
The color of blood
The greatest of loves demands
Sacrifice
Crimson smeared over door lintils
The vermillion flag of revolution
It is the choosing of one
Over all the rest
If a color could glow
Like a train station at night
Take on three dimensions in a world that’s flat

Twilight quiet night

In the twilight
Dark clouds
Dreary night
Hurricane looming
Expected to hit the Florida coast....

silent night before a storm
I feel the call of nature
Beyond the trees....

Storm Dorian
It has been named
I feel it’s winds
Though not one tree swayed out of place....

Purview Might Be My New Favorite Word

If it was within our purview
All that we could imagine, all we could wish
If we could see our scope of possibility
Like one of those gadgets that use radars
To find the fish
If we could see the gold that we could mine
From every hour
Feel every emotion from our gut
Know our untapped power
Would we waste any more of our time
Twiddling our thumbs?
Or would we pick up ourselves
Crawl, then walk, then run?
Because it might just be a matter of perspective
Like a entrepreneur that has thinking

Spend Well

To spend

in love's language

is to spend ''it'' wisely

for lovely kids

the night watches silently

you are breathless

so is she

spend the night

not with me

but her beholding

spend well
your hidden energy

rain

I like rain, not every day is the same
I need to release this pain
not gonna play this game

thunder and lighting oh my
these thoughts are racing I wonder why
sometimes I just wanna be alone and cry
I say im ok but that is a lie

when I was 15 and started to write poems I couldn't wait for the rain
for some reason when its rains im no longer in pain
and I can write
like im a bird thats taken flight

I Thought The Summer Was Young

I thought the summer was young
And the blossoms had barely just bloomed
And the tunes of the season still hung
Yet it suddenly left us and now we are doomed

I thought that the summer began
It’s smells had just wafted right through
But the season has picked up and ran
And the leaves have descended in every fall hue

The summer it never was young
It aged long before it appeared
It wilted before it had sprung
And it long so has gone; disappeared ...
