SLEEPLESS
I will not be posting anything tonight as my post time has moved to near midnight. In order to keep despair from being too great LOL,I'll blog this little doodle
Tonight I won't get any rest
occassional catnap at best
I'll pray for uninterupted sleep
the kind thats both restful and deep
As soon as I chance to lie down
the hounds will commence mournful sound
the pack gathered not far from here
their barks and howling much too near
Their quarry hasn't got much chance
to even show defiant stance
before long they'll reach their prey
and harrass it night and day
Tonight I won't get any sleep
although so tired I could weep
"what"you ask"could be the reason?"
the neighbor's dog has come in season
