My Love is a room full of light
puff one candle out
there are still a thousand more

Love not the eyes
Love not the mouth
Love not the breath
The limbs or the hair
Love not the body
Love not the soul
Love not the mind
Love despair...

Love must be kept a secret
Shout it in the market place
And you'll be called a madman
Laughed to scorn...
