The Election Closes Tomorrow
My prediction is that I will be re-elected.
And a funny thing has happened as a result of all the blow-ups over the past month or so. As I predicted, people demonstrated the types of people they were and it was not pretty and gave the community at large the following idea:
"Damn! Pugilist is an asshole, but he was so right. Well, at least he's an honest asshole with integrity."
And that's why folks will vote for me, because I have proven, time and again, that I do not let my personal preferences interfere with doing what is good for the community by fairly applying the rules. I don't demand people be banned, I don't pretend I am superior, I don't fabricate stories and position in hopes I might look good.
Nope, I just state my position, in a very assholian way, and then treat folks fairly.
And something else has happened, something none of my idiotic blogs could directly accomplish. Because of the reactions by the folks who insist only they have the right answers for everyone, more and more people are interested in the workshop aspect of Neopoet.
And lastly, once I am on the AEC again, I will continue my quest for world domination,
