Happy Mother's Day to all Mom's and Father's too!!
As I think of the many moms today I also want to say Happy Mother's Day to the fathers too. As we all know many fathers raise their own children without the mother around who have sole custody of their children.. They are to be remembered too for all they do as a father and a mother in the role of raising and tending to their flock.
I know of this first hand with my own brother who raised his children without a mom around. And I have to say this (in hopes no one gets offended) that fathers who raise their own, do better then some mothers can. Look at the stats out there, when a father gets custody of his children because of the mothers drug use, alcohol, abuse of a child, widowed, and for a myriad of other reasons.
Today's day you see more fathers raising their children on their own, working, tending to the house, etc.
My heart goes out to those fathers today that took over the mothers role and raised their children. My hat goes out to each and everyone of you on Mother's Day also. Be proud of what you are doing for your children and know you are a blessed figure in their lives. And to all Mother's on this day be thankful for your children who love you and do not mistreat you.
