how to grow old
How to grow old
Apart each day we fall
cold mornings with an impure smile
new dawns wishing not to leave behind
our only strenth the wish
for in heart the knowing there is more to find
Down down with no ease
rain in the soul not forever
soon the dawn will break
to walk free and all demons to cease
this dawn maybe time will make.
Today saddend, tomorrow maybe whole
today i hold tommorrow
this cold morning i dream
this dawn i pray
i dream with all my soul
The end of this day i plead no more
i stand, i scream be gone
i stand and will deliver
the new dawn will bring
an angel to soar
A new dawn not so cold
a new plea, a new road
together we found time
and i know for just one moment
we were meant to grow old
