Let's write about time
Hello Neopoets. As I sit here tonight I was thinking about Time and wrote this piece and I would like it if anyone would like to also write about TIme in their own words here to share with one another.
Also would like to give a shout out to all the Mom's in the house and wishing a very Happy Mother's Day to all of you.
Time
Second hands tick around the clock
time passing by, tick and tock
bells chiming, church bells ring
alarms awaken every thing
time to get up
time to get down
time to hurry
all around
swiftly time will surely pass
a blink of an eye, not to last
time for all, time for none
second hands tick for everyone
time heals old wounds
chime out new moons
tick tock, goes the clock
time released, then unblocked
time to get up
time to get down
time to hurry
all around.
