a Jackass and the Kangaroo Courts

Recently I have noticed when someone gives a critique that the poet doesn't like ...
its has begun devolving into arguments and insults from one to another resulting
in further arguments on profiles etc ...

grow up ... if you don't like something someone says ... ask them NOT to comment on your
work (without resorting to personal tirades on how you feel/think about them)

if they persist and continue to comment,
bring your compliant to the AEC

We are all adults(some of our younger members show more respect and character)
and none of this gives either the commentator or the poet the right
to resort to insults of a personal nature

simply the bad behavior wont be tolerated,

if anyones forgotten this is a poetry workshop,

this is a reminder to those who seem to diverged from the purpose of the site

this is my personal opinion and in no way reflects the views of the AEC

I will say my sympathies have worn thin and I am sick of seeing bullshit
arguments, especially when some of those arguments have no bearing on the work
its being left on ...

if your friends are attacked personally,
refer them to the AEC,
if you yourself have been attacked,
bring it to the AEC

for fucks sake stop the bickering and setting up kangaroo courts ...

the AEC is in part the hand that guides Neopoet

bring your complaints there don't litter the site with petty arguments it belittles
how you look and makes us look like a bunch of jackasses with no control

start using the AEC for what its put there for, stop trying to police each other

some people will think this is directed at them ... some of them will be right
