Badger

Don’t pick a fight with a badgerYou may think he is cuddly and cuteBut he’s terribly strongHe has claws that are longAnd a body that’s rather hirsute Don’t go harassing the badgerDon’t bait him or chase him for funFor he only eat bugsEarthworms and slugsAnd lays on his back, in the sun You’ll not get the best of a badgerHe is faster than you are, by farYou’ll not beat him with forceSo your only recourse, isTo knock the beast down with your car So don’t you go badgering badgersThey are one of this country’s delightsDon’t assault the poor chapDon’t assail or attackAfter all even badgers have rights
