Day Come Night

The day light fades away
as the sun goes down
appearing before us
is the coming of  night
as dusk sets in 
 all around
 buildings and objects
begin to change
as they  turn
 into  black  silhouettes of the night
 their shadows
are  of  all peculiar shapes
seem to  stretch  across the ground
high above ,  in the  dark sky
stars   can be seen
twinkling into the night
There is a  full moon,   that brightly glows
Sharing it’s light for all  too see
the sky
is beautifully lit up
whilst the ground  is darkened
 with the night
