Half not there

race like wind that tears the bill
and stalls the eye

we are candy of the deisel
pawns
idling breath like stokes

beating hearts is shared
shorned
in through transperancy

I can see the stones
piled ruddy like dead fingerlings
on shore

I can feel the stars like grit
in my too blind eyes
that screech nail talk
when you glare

what does the care
when all hurts
swirl like flake

I can walk on the stillness
of the lake

I remember when
text to text raced heat
and lung
sharp intake
to push that taste
in my brain

the thought
you
of
