Ring oh ringa Roses
ring oh ringa roses
a pocket full of poses
tat a tat tat tat
tat a tat tat
we all fall down
flowers of iron aroma
grown in gun ash soil
wilting to crystal mazes
of bleeding mud
rotted souls
decaying hearts.
cultivated of stone
carved of heart
crafted of conceit
ebony towers ivory castles
ghost towns of all that she was
flayed to pulp
poised on the precipice
of tamed indignition
blaring from glass eyes
to thick to feel
skin and hide of scarlet hands
still, in their earthen caskets
limb fit to limb made jam.
tall dwarfs
handless vacant bellies
weeping dazzle dust
from blinded holes.
ring oh ringa roses
a pocket full of poses
tat a tat tat
tat a tat tat
we all fall down
