Copenhegan syndrome
Our heart is dumped with garbage,
Every river now is a Kalindi (River where the water is poison)
The callous laughs, The air whines,
You think your industry is culture,
The stooge of technology smiles
Cn effluents civilize you?
Is culture a hoiden, a Siren?
The idyllic impasse, ruinous!
Mother Nature patters, ozons
pierced, rays risky,
You sully humanity.
Why create puddles of wastes?
Radiation, atomic fission?
Hey, rest in the lap of Nature,
Forget the pestilence of inanity.
Clear streams should flow
Pure breeze should blow.
Every river now is a Kalindi (River where the water is poison)
The callous laughs, The air whines,
You think your industry is culture,
The stooge of technology smiles
Cn effluents civilize you?
Is culture a hoiden, a Siren?
The idyllic impasse, ruinous!
Mother Nature patters, ozons
pierced, rays risky,
You sully humanity.
Why create puddles of wastes?
Radiation, atomic fission?
Hey, rest in the lap of Nature,
Forget the pestilence of inanity.
Clear streams should flow
Pure breeze should blow.
