RELECTIONS AFTER A LONG HARD DAY AT WORK - FRIDAY

The deep dark solitude of a long lost soul ….here is where my story is told. The chill inside the warm body is forever shaking inside, I know not what I say or do and at these times I do what I have to do. To speak of the truth, it shall set you free, because the lies inside are not of me. This is no way to release all of your pain or your suffering until you confront it once and for all. If you hold things inside you and you do things to make others unhappy you are depriving your self of a vital gift and that is peace in your heart. For where can you spread the love and peace within if you are not feeling it. Everyone wears a mask it is the ones that have different masks for different things. You should be able to look at yourself after taking off this mask and ask yourself..is this really me, did I really say that and just how is this situation, thing, person , place, etc having an effect on my inner peace. You will be amazed at how much therapy it is for you to write your journal or your book ,your feelings down on paper. Before long you will be opening the book to your souls, heart and mind and what a surprise that will be. If anything it will enlighten your load and possibly send you in another direction, Please dear Lord guide me in the direction you want me to go and lead me through the good times and the bad times of this earthly life. Protect my son, protect my family, protect me from the snares of the devil and always keep your arms around me this tender child of God. Lead me to the right people in my life, the encouragement to do great things for others and for myself and family. please Help me to see all of my faults and forgive me of my sins and all my past sins ..Dear Lord Almighty help me on this earthly journey to do your will, take all the anger, animosity and anguish out of me and help me to live that most beautiful life In Jesus name we Pray.
