Hieroglyphic stairway

it's 3:23 in the morning
and I'm awake
because my great great grandchildren
won't let me sleep
my great great grandchildren
ask me in dreams
what did you do while the planet was plundered?
what did you do when the earth was unraveling?
surely you did something
when the seasons started failing?
as the mammals, reptiles, and birds were all dying?
did you fill the streets with protest
when democracy was stolen?
what did you do
once you knew?
I'm riding home on the Colma train
I've got the voice of the milky way in my dreams
I have teams of scientists
feeding me data daily
and pleading I immediately
turn it into poetry
I want just this consciousness reached
by people in range of secret frequencies
contained in my speech
I am the desirous earth
equidistant to the underworld
and the flesh of the stars
I am everything already lost
the moment the universe turns transparent
and all the light shoots through the cosmos
I use words to instigate silence
I'm a hieroglyphic stairway
in a buried Mayan city
suddenly exposed by a hurricane
a satellite circling earth
finding dinosaur bones
in the Gobi desert
I am telescopes that see back in time
I am the precession of the equinoxes,
the magnetism of the spiraling sea
I'm riding home on the Colma train
with the voice of the milky way in my dreams
I am myths where violets blossom from blood
like dying and rising gods
I'm the boundary of time
soul encountering soul
and tongues of fire
it's 3:23 in the morning

Thank you all for your well wishes on the occasion of my 63rd birthday
yesterday. Bless you and yours. (It matters not if you didn't, now does it? ;-)
As a *practicing* nondualist I am *kicking it up a notch* by asking all who have
experienced and/or intuit the inherent Oneness and who understand that we do
have a responsibility when we realize this--to ourselves and to the almost 6.8
billion of us on this blue planet, to do whatever we can to bridge the gap
between what is and what could be if we came together IN ONE INTENTION.
Many of us, from all backgrounds, states, countries are on facebook. I want to
share a thought with everyone:
"Let's be a desired friend to all living body, humanity and earth"- to solve

sasrai-Movement. Global movement. Movement towards reserve, preserve, rejuvenate
and conserve. It is an appeal. Appeal for progeny friendly globe. Appeal to all,
across the globe irrespective of sect, race, religion, ethnicity, class etc. Let
us have a missionary zeal, sporting spirit to reserve, preserve, rejuvenate and
conserve the invaluable resources for our next generation.
It is very easy to save a bit if we are little bit cautious. Our ponder and
prudent use (without any curtail) can save gigantic amount of resources for our
children, descendants. As for example 140 million people of Bangladesh agreed
and motivated to save per capita one-liter water, five minutes electricity
daily, very easily it is possible. Undoubtedly this huge amount of savings
benefited mankind in different way.
If we count global number of people using water, electricity, gas and other
resources and all those being realized to save, it would be greatest
discovery/invention/ contribution for future mankind survival.
Let's we appeal to all
Please, save a drop of water daily, during all water related activities.
Please, keep off electric appliances one minute daily,
Please, suspend travel by pesonal car once a day.
Please, keep a day in a week luxury free.
Please, plant at least a tree annually in own home or in the community.
Please, do not throw away the waste wherever you like.
