The tears shed
I've realized is time lost
The lines that bled
Scarlett love, ruby red
Her tears beheld the cost
Such enticing thoughts
Circling my brain
They hold my love
They cause me pain
Give me reason to believe such banality.
When I've spent so many years
Thinking I'm bored with mortality.
Out of thin air, materialized, my worst fears.
This chronicle, so much like others before
Held the twist that none think of anymore
His glances stunned me, shocked me
Tainted angel light, it made me never want to leave
Against their wishes, against my will
Keep pushing the line
Mess with their minds
Be untrust worthy until
You're fighting back time
Ignoring truth, defending lies
Underestimating me, their own mistake
This glass heart, always threatening to break
Shatter so completely
