Nature's Romance
Change these darkened
days I've lived
to soft summer nights
that lead over bridged
the lazy lost rivers
these quiet smooth lakes
with chance to remember
what life does takes
laying quiet beside these
memories ride free
our cares fall to moments
wind's warmth passes Me
as chair lifts to Heaven
can be seen in each mind
this power of freedom
within spirits unwind
cherished treasures
resting lithe in your head
hills rolling with daisies
blessed is Earths
welcome bed
scenery building
wanting we change
with feelings now needed
filling grass baron range
to want any more than
a person should hope
in days when it's needed
give me grassy green slopes
a romance with Nature
we need now and then
an interlude to future's
with this life changing friend
