I’d like to propose that we should have welcoming committees; that is, a person who has enrolled should be entitled to receive feedback, and not to feel lonely or lost. These welcoming committees should have the noble mission to be first of all respecful of new members, and as such give some positive criticism, accompanied, of course, with high leveled treatment. I have noticed there are very knowledgeable individuals –intellectuals should I say?– that could provide that, and more. A person should feel –on this terms– welcomed for at least one week.

On the other hand, a person who has stayed here for more than three months should have the honor to be selected to this committees I talk about. Then again, we should create degrees of participation: begginner members, intermmediate members, or whatever be the distinction. I’m not talking in being selective in terms of talent –since we all have it–, but on levels of participation. As such, we would get to know each other better, which amounts for patience and interaction.

Last, but not least, members who have been in a welcoming committee should be rewarded with points to the goal of having a poem of his choice to be on a book or booklet, or some other way of publication, be it a different section on the same website or just the same one. Rewards, rewards, we all want rewards.

Respectfully yours,

Hugo
