Jack & Jill move up to hill

JACK AND JILL MOVED UP THE HILL

Jack was handsome
His mind was sharp
His words captivating
A gift ,
A silver tongue

Jacks money , made
Climbing  ,  the backs
Of innocent slaves

Taking the good
Making the bad
Always focus
His silver tongue
Would add  ?

It’s about me
The house on the hill
Adding more to me
This title will ?

Jill her beauty
A figure
 Perfection
A goddess
On earth
Eyes
Gave attention

Jill ?

Her mind just as sharp
Body movements
Shaking her hair
A finger on her cheek
As she  walked

When she spoke
A voice like a harp
Her mixture of tones
Seducing the coldest
 hearts

Jack and Jill
Wanted more
Believing in
Their body movements
And a silver tongue ’

They lost faith
In their simple house
Even though it was paid
That bigger house on to hill
Fits their silver tongue

On the hill they moved
Buying with his money
A new title to be used

I live on the hill ?

Something was missing
Was it their friends ?
Leaving behind
All those relationships
Laughing
To no end

This was the trade
For the house on the hill
A house empty  dream
Friends that are real

Jacks money
Jill beauty
The house on the hill
Could’t replace
Relationship
True friendships
Love
That old simple  house
Made real
