Writer's block happens to many
Thank GOD I can't relate
For several outspoken poets I've heard
Like myself, that's not their fate
 
From Tupac to Biggie
Outkast and Goodie MOB
They all have different messages
But, When it's time to deliver
Their ink always does the job
Like this Asian brother, I saw on YOUTUBE
That goes by the name Jin
I never met him before
But feel like we share a similar pen
I Don't Believe In Writer's Block
When it comes to lyrics
Rhymes, stanzas, and stuff
Eminem is one of my favorites
I just can't hear enough
Of his soul felt rhythms
Life experiences and more
After losing his friend Proof
I have seen a drop in tours
Man come on back!
Slim Shady and all
Those characters we hear you speak from
But don't forget to call
On Jesus, "The One"
The father you never had
He'll keep you standing
He'll keep you, "Dad"
To Hailie and Laney
You influence them so
Like a fellow poet of ours, T.I. said
Philant, it's hard to let you go
"Dead and Gone" speaks to many souls
You see
We've all encountered great loses
We all have to "Be"
And continue to live
And love, our families
I could continue to write but, I choose not
Arrogance is not my style, I just
