SIX FEET IN

Six feet into the ground
Is the depth that all unwanted  dreams are bound
So I will dig for me
A grave with the measurements of six square feet

As I was digging through my own sands of time
This one question also was making a grave in my mind

Each square foot measured  had to ask
Why are you digging a grave for your past

So I say

How can I be new
With mistakes with loves that have become unproven views
They are the sands I dig for deep
And to be reborn as I have measure
Is a better life for me

So I put the past to rest

Looking at this grave with the words on this headstone made sense
No more sadness no more deaf
No more graves be stronger, just accept
Never measure a grave by a chain of test
And only you can make your past the best
