I wonder.....
Do people really in truly like critique and feed back for possible improvements
on their work? If so, why is they don't respond to it? Is this not a place for
getting ideas from other people?
It takes time to read and think about what you have just read.. and well,
frankly, when there are places one feels can use improvement and
you take the time to write down your thoughts for them, it is GREATLY
APPRECIATED to know the person has at least read them and given them
some thought. Otherwise, is just down right rude.
I will admit, I am no expert. But, I don't think I have a bad mind or
bad feel for some types of poetry.
I try very hard not to be too blunt, and keep whom evers feeling I am
writing about in mind.
If I have written a critique or sent you a message, i would appreciate a
little acknowlegement you at least thought about it. Else, it is a waste of
my time and anyone elses who has tried to help.
Don't reserve your responses to just "friends"
I have to say, this is one of the most irritating things i have ran across.
It is very discouraging too to see a piece you have written, and that looks
as if it has been viewed numerous times, yet.. have no or very few remarks
left. If you like something.. tell that person. If you dont like it.. tell them that
to. How else are any of us going to learn?
