My Point Of View
If words paint pictures
No matter the subject
Then why do they force war
On everything we know?
Idealists convince everyoneThat war is inevitable
In some ways,
True.
Everyone wants what they can't have
In our daily race for first
But where did they get the rhyme or
Reason
To cut a line in 'Old Fate's Loom'?
Human, animal, we all live
Black, white, native, we all breath
Chinese, Iraqi, we all feel.
I see no reason to commit
To a war for empty reasons
Revenge isn't very sweet
When our government officals
Can't deny the blood on their hands
Or the weight of their conscience.
