Government out of control

Well, it has happened. It has been coming for a long time, but it is finally here. It’s not just one party although it is more one than the other, it is the whole corrupt mess we have in our nation’s capital.

For a long time our elected officials have been ignoring the will of the people and going their own way and now it has reached epic proportions.

Isn’t it amazing that 84% of the American people want English the official language of the USA and yet every time it comes up a majority or our representatives vote it down? Folks I am not talking Republican, Democrats or Independents, I am talking all. Why? Because of votes, illegal or legal from non English speaking minorities. Votes from those in power that use labor from these minorities to line the pockets of politicians.

The majority of our citizens want the borders secured, but inaction on the part of both the major parties prevents it. Why? Money, cheap labor and other concessions and votes is why. It doesn’t matter that several times last year the Army of Mexico actually trespassed onto American soil escorting and protecting drug runners. Our elected officials don’t care as long as their pockets are lined with campaign donations.

Now, even though the majority of the American people believe we should let some of these companies fail we keep throwing good money after bad into AIG, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Now we get the smoke screen of the contractual bonuses, which, by the way, our government knew about long before the money was spent. Isn’t it interesting that the president and congress is screeming about this although most of the bonus money is for those who stayed to help with the liquidation of assets and took small salaries with a contract for the bonus to be paid before their job was ended and they were fired. Our elected officials are even so outraged at this they have violated the constitution and are aiming the IRS like a weapon on these few individuals and socking them with a 90% tax rate on those bonuses yet they are ignoring the bonuses that Fannie Mae and Freddy Mac are paying out at the tune of twice as much as the AIG bonuses are.. You might ask why this is? It is because the government itself helped to cause the failure of Fannie and Freddie with their policies and plus, they don’t want YOU to know it because the Government approves of those bonuses.

Be very afraid people! When our government starts using tax laws and the IRS as weapons against those they don’t like it means T-R-O-U-B-L-E ! You may be next. They may decide that the air conditioner in your home isn’t energy efficient enough so you should pay a 90% tax on the price of your property as a penalty. What about your car, boat, RV or the clothes you bought? This is so damn dangerous each of us should be quaking in our boots.

Wake up America, you are swimming with sharks and you are thinking they are float toys. In 2010 we may have only one chance to save ourselves by voting as many of these dangerous people out of office as we can.

I know you think I am just moaning, but think people. When our elected officials go so far as to violate the Constitution and use the tax code and IRS aimed at small specific group of people we should be VERY VERY scared!
