Slay Not, the Jaded Cynicals
A mentality truly underated
are jaded cynicals, and that depends;
the question I would ask of you is,
what if they were your friends?
Could you be understanding
or would you say that "one" is lost?
Maybe, you'd remove that friend
but, at how high a cost?
These talented sort of thinkers
with jaded and cynical points of view,
are a refreshing train of thought
one must believe that's true.
Difficult to play "devil's advocate"
and try and make any sense,
but, if a topic called not, for other views
we'd all be riding on the fence.
So, I say..."Hats off to the jaded
and the cynical, as well.
Because, without two ways of thinking,
the truth would be difficult to tell."
are jaded cynicals, and that depends;
the question I would ask of you is,
what if they were your friends?
Could you be understanding
or would you say that "one" is lost?
Maybe, you'd remove that friend
but, at how high a cost?
These talented sort of thinkers
with jaded and cynical points of view,
