On Sunday I went to my local library for the poetry forum.  My poem was the only poem   had rhyming in it.   As usual, I got the "Singsong" criticism.  What is this  singsong criticism all about?  Why don't poetry editors like rhyming  poems?  I think it's harder to write a rhyming poem  than  a poem that does not rhyme, but apparently people consider themselves to be poetry  aficionados  have a different point of view.   What are your thoughts on this topic?
