My Predictions for the Obama Years
Predictions for the Obama Years
1. The Fairness Doctrine will be one of the first things implemented. This will serve the purpose of silencing
the opposition. Since this will only apply to conservative talk radio there will be no opposition. Newspapers
and Television will not be victim to it because they are all liberal controlled with the exception of Fox News
which may come under fire. I believe they will not call it the fairness doctrine because of the negative connotations of censorship, instead they will disguise it as localism using the FCC. This will effectively destroy the national shows by threatening to pull stations licenses if they don't do community programming.
(As of Feb. 2009, they are talking about it)Rett [ 7-6-09, They are still trying to figure out a way.]
2. The tax cut will be repealed or allowed to expire thus increasing taxes quickly and tax hikes will be put
into effect as soon as possible.
(New taxes already in the works as of Feb. 2009)
3. Liberal Supreme Court Judges will be appointed at the first opportunity to gain control of the courts.
4. Federal gun control laws will be enacted that will supersede state laws and banning gun ownership at least
within city limits.
(As of Feb. 2009, they are doing their best to make gun ownership as hard as possible)
5. Unions will gain strength and the possibility of having to join a union to work will be a real possibility.
(As of March, they are trying to ban Mexican truckers (I actually like this idea) at the insistance of Unions. Who's next?)
[ 7-6-09, I told you so. Government is catering to the unions at a very rapid rate]
6. 401K savings accounts will be done away with and you will be forced to invest them in Government bonds
at app. 3% interest rate with your heirs only allowed 50% of the funds in the event you die.
7. The economy will keep spiraling downward as more and more money is pumped into the government and
away from the private sector through ever higher taxes and more and more government control over your
life.
(Watch this closely, it's coming!) [ 7-6-09,Hmmm, where is the turnaround? still in the toilet and flushing]
8. Due to overzealous pollution controls and Carbon limits the price of gasoline, natural gas, and fuel oil will
skyrocket as will the price of energy leaving the middle class and the poor to struggle to pay their electric
bills or do without.
(Watch this very closely, it is already in the works and we will most likely lose most of the auto industry. Also, they are already working on a 50Cent a gallon tax increase on gas as the government isn't making enough money due to people cutting back.)
[7-6-09: Chevrolet and Cadillac will most likely become jointly owned by the USA and Canada. They Union already owns part of GM now along with the governments. What did I say?]
This is probably sounding doom and gloom, but I am not a fool blinded by either side. I tend to research a lot
of things. Voting records, backgrounds, listen to the rhetoric, pay attention to what my kids learned in school
and what my grandkids are learning and through friends, visiting College websites, listening to my friends
and neighbors kids who are in college and random remarks made to reporters and supporters. By putting all
this together we are gonna have “change” but it is not the “change” everyone expects.
We now have a Energy Secretary , Dingle, that you need to watch. He is a very radical Liberal that will most
likely virtually destroy the auto industry with his 50 mpg plus ideas for all vehicles. He thinks you can build
hybrid 18 wheelers, trucks and cars that will get this kind of mileage AND be able to do the work needed. He
is also against nuclear, coal and regular fired powerplants. Watch for no new nuclear plants to be built, no
Coal-Fired plants to be built and those that shut down for maintenance to be unable to start back up without
spending a couple of billion dollars on smokstack scrubbers to meet Obama's and his CO emmissions
standards.

[As of now, 7-6-09, get ready. The bill has been passed. Skyrocketing prices coming very soon. The government scrapped GM's Hydrogen car plans. This is going green? Too costly they said. Is it go green or is it control the people?]
This is going to mean tremendous increases in energy prices and you will be money ahead if you can find an
alternate way to power your homes because brownouts and rolling blackouts are going to increase
tremendously under his leadership.
In two years there will be a chance to change a lot of members in the House and Senate. Watch and see if this
becomes a desire to or a real need. Everyone is free to think and believe as they will. If it turns out I am
wrong I will update this page saying I was wrong.
(Get busy folks, we need to get those congressmen voted out that are supporting this stuff before they break us and the country)

I WAS WRONG! IT'S WORSE THAN I PREDICTED.
We are in even deeper trouble than I imagined. We have an avowed communist as a Green Advisor who thinks we need to tatally change the system. He says whites deliberately poinson minorities and that is only the tip. We have radical communists and terrorist with the ear of the president including the co-founder of the Weather Undergroud who helped write the stimulus package. A science advisor that believes in sterilization of women, forced abortions ect.. Research people. Read, do web searches and not just left and right wing blogs. Do real research. This country is in trouble and BOTH sides are to blame, not just one.
Right now due to drought situations in the Breadbasket, farmers are only able to get 10% of the water they need. Why? Ecologist flooding the water authority so they won't release it because it "might" hurt the smelt population. Okay, so the crops fail and prices skyrocket, at least we'll have plenty of smelt.
Oh well. I am just one of those radical astroturfers. You know, the ones that should be on a watch list because we have finally stood up and asked questions and demanded to be heard.. Oh well.
It is even worse than my wildest imagination.
We're about to sign away our sovereinty to foreign powers via the Global Warming Initiative, Cap And Trade, Energy Initiative and many more things in the pipeline. Net Neutrality is coming up for a vote this thursday which can mean the end of free speach on the net, at least here in the USA. Taxes on public radio to support PBS.
Between the blobal warming BS and the Cap and Trade we stand to lose millions of jobs here in the U.S because it will be cheaper to move the companies to the two "major countries" exempt from it. China and India are exampt so it is best to redistribute the wealth to those countries and let the USA go down the tubes.
It would take pages to count all the effects we are going to see to our economy due to this stuff. What gets me is I've been warning of this in a lot of my blogs, but people have been so indoctrinated since before they started grade school that they will be too blind to see it until it is too late.

We are in deep trouble folks and still there are many who will not open their eyes. Not Obama alone, but the radical marxist elements in Congress and the Senate are determined to make us a third world country where they control it all. Surrounding the President is Marxists, Communists, manbla people. One watching Fox News to try to catch any possible mistakes turns to the politacal philosophy of Mao Tse Tung. Doesn't anyone see what is happening?
Our children are allowed to sing praises to the president, but heaven forbid you pray in school. "Congress shall make no rule toward the estabishment of a state religion or prohibit the free expression thereof." Well, if you are Christian, it is forbidden, but if you are muslim, you are allowed to practice your religion and in some cities, you can even use the loud speaker system to call them to prayer? I have many muslim friends that are perplexed by a free country that supposedly allows the freedom of religion, that doesn't allow the practice evenly across the board.
Isn't it odd that although we were promised to be able to see the healthcare devbates on c-span? They have not done so. We were promised to be able to see the bill 10 days or more on the net before the vote, but they can't put it on the web. All 1500 plus pages of it. Isn't it odd that several bills have been passed within a couple of hours without allowing anyone to read the bills?
