How do I go about this?? (gettin' ready to publish, potentially)

I have to date, including my last work "Vehicular Fusion" 35 poems ready for publication.  Don't go by the count on my works page, as the 43 or whatever is on there is not an accurate number.  There are several on there I won't be able to use.  I'm new to the whole publication thing, and I have no idea where to start!  Any help to be offered from the "pros" would be greatly appreciated.  I haven't the first clue on how to get a manuscript up and running, nor how to present myself to publishers, nor which publishers to stay away from.  I know Publish America has been giving some people problems, so will steer clear of them.  Also very much open to title suggestions!!
