Offline through August 9th but here's something to review
Just a note to let folks know that I'm off soon on a vacation that will preclude me being active on NeoPoet.com.
Before I go I wanted to post a link that may be of interest:
http://www.gudmagazine.com
They've requested Spewgilist.com, the Interview and Review site focusing on geek culture site that I run, do a review of their next magazine and upon review of their site i have to say that folks here may wish to review it as a possible submission site.
As always, read the submission guidelines carefully because nothing pisses off an editor more than folks NOT following the submission rules.
As for my vacation, I am off to Pennsic War, a two (2) week event of the Society for Creative Anachronism that takes place once a year near Slippery Rock, PA. I'll be camping, attending bardic circles, trying to peddle my book, giving classes in the bo/quarterstaff, and putting on armour and getting whacked around with rattan swords. Oh, and there's lots a beer.
If you just got a chill down your spine, well, the SCA is everywhere, log onto SCA.org and find out more.
