Scheduled Downtime [Tentative] -- OS Upgrade to Ubuntu 8.04
Planned server downtime: We will upgrade our server's operating system from Ubuntu 7.10 to 8.04 on May 7.
The upgrade involves a system reboot, which will cause about ten minutes of downtime. All though we will test the upgrade on a test machine first, there may be some complications. We will back up the server completely before the operation.
