Judeth

Her  time was marked
by men who marched,
to where, we'll never know...
..time has moved on,
she still sings her song
her beauty a haunting glow.

Not the master race,
but you'd know her face,
with features like no other...
..her face can blend,
resembling a friend,
a daughter, Mom, or Grandmother.

The men she knew,
in brown, black and blue,
were men she'd really not seen;
some worked so hard,
the others shared the yard,
where the streets were oh, so mean.

Her nostrils scorched,
by bodies torched,
whose lives are now a blur;
but, Judeth's eyes
tear up from the cries,
of love for one fuehrer.

It's a new day,
but, that can't wipe away
those tears from Judeth's eyes...
..she literally gave her all,
bringing on the "fall",
but, let us never forget the "rise".
