Who is that Baby
Who is that baby that grows
So deep in a womb that shows
A world helpless unable to manage.
Scattered with violence and carnage
Who is that baby that needs such care
That needs both parents to love and share
To drag themselves from pained dispair
Who is that baby unable to fend
That needs a mother to love and tend
That needs a father to protect
This tiny miraculous precious object
To make anew lifes special bond
Eyes of blue and hair of blond
And trust that can never betrayed
For guidance to this little child
Newness so utterly meek and mild
Life creeps out as life creeps in
When one ends another begins
Which washes away societies sins
